“I’ve had many previous positive experiences at this garage, however I was just hit with a £170 bill for an indicator stem replacement. The price I found online for the stem was £18-20 max. I was breifly told over the phone last-minute that they had to fix a broken tail-light. Given the car was in the garage for nearly a week, I would have expected them to flag that sooner. This honestly felt quite sneaky. This was not included in the receipt, nor was the breakdown of the cost of the stem or labour hours. Quite dissapointed to say the least.”

“Such a friendly service from the offset, thought I needed new brake pads and discs, turned out another garage had fitted incorrectly (upside down) including the calliper fitted back wrongly hence a wobble and brake warning light. Re fitted everything correctly without claiming were faulty and even added my Ad Blu that I left in the boot to fill later ! Car feels great and so does my bank balance ! Lovely, happy bunch reside here !”

“This garage is brilliant. I had an issue with a gearbox fault recently, was told by AA and also another garage that I would need to take it to an automatic gearbox specialist to look at. I contacted Blandford Heights just to check if it was something they could look at as to be honest was trying to avoid taking it to a gearbox specialist! They said they could so took my car down and they sorted the issue within an hour!! I also had to reschedule my booking very last minute and they were so understanding and got me rebooked in really quickly. Tanya kept me updated whilst my car was there and explained in detail what the issue was! Great service, communication and prices 👏”

“5 star service, Tanya was the best. Came in for a last minute MOT. Failed as the exhaust back box needed to be replaced. Was shown the damage to the vehicle and told upfront how much it would cost. Well priced. Also booked in for Lanogaurd treatment for my car’s underside after seeing how rusted the vehicle is. Tanya was great at making me feel welcome and keeping everything running. Would recommend to anyone.”
